Begard Bapir Saeed

Mrs, Begard  graduated from the College of Engineering at Salahaddin University with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in the academic year 2011–2012. She began her career working with various engineering firms, where she gained extensive experience and practical expertise in civil engineering.Throughout her professional journey, Mrs Begard has also completed several language courses to further enhance her communication and professional skills.

She currently serves as a Supervising Engineer at Aram Village Basic School, contributing to the development, oversight, and maintenance of school infrastructure.
