Bnar Khalid Othman

Mrs. Bnar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She has five years of experience as a programmer at the Department of Information Technology (KRG) – ID Card Department, and ten years of experience as a computer teacher at Binaye High School. In addition to her native language, she is fluent in Arabic and has a good knowledge of English and Turkish. Since the establishment of the E-Parwarda system, she has been working as an administrator. She is currently working on the E-Parwarda system at Aram Village basic school.
